Once the 4 classes are completed, I will open a one hour group discussion, questions and answers meeting each Sunday evening starting at 6 pm EST, for 4 weeks as part of the class. I will also be available for private guidance for 20 minutes, for a small fee, by appointment only, not for medical advice, but to listen to your lifestyle questions.
